Equal is the new hello

Equality is the foundation of the structure of society. In fact, equality is the foundation of any structure.

If you create a building with four unequal pillars, the building will fall sooner or later and there is nothing you can do about it, it’s inevitable.

We have create a society with similar unequal pillars that encompasses genders, sexual orientations, races, colors, physical appearances, age, generations, language, socioeconomic classes, intellectual classes, religion, nationalities, and ethnicities.

This diversification is the marvel of human species, not the reason for inequality, biased, and discriminatory behavior towards the other.

Society is on the brink of global collapse and there is only one reason for it, the pillars on which the society was built upon are unequal.

Equal is the new hello

This time, let’s start the rebuilding of society with a new fabric. The fabric of equality.

It is upon us now to prevent this global societal collapse by rebuilding the society on equal pillars. It is the will of every human heart.

But to turn this will of ours and prevent this global catastrophe, we must turn this will of ours into our very nature first.

To do that we must begin every human interaction by saying the word “Equal”.

We are not supposed to fight with anybody to create this equality, when not supposed to protest to create this equality, because there is nobody to fight with, all we need to do is realize that we are all equal.

The most instant way of achieving this awareness where we realize we are all equal is by replacing the word “hello” with “equal”.

A new greeting for the new society that we are building.

Yes,

“Equal is the new hello.”

Say hello to the new hello. I mean, say equal to the new hello.

A brief history of hello

We humans have been changing the greetings all the time. We use the greeting that best represents that time. The word hello itself originated in 1830, which was less than 200 years ago.

Even then it did not get any mainstream popularity until Thomas Edison proposed the word hello to be used as the default greeting to be used while answering the phone. While the inventor of the telephone Graham Bell proposed ‘ahoy’.

Interestingly, the word hello was used by sailors as a cry for attention before that.

One of the most used words of human interaction is hello. Yet it does not convey any meaning when you greet someone by saying hello.

The Empowering effect of Equal

“Equal is the new hello” transcends the confines of traditional greetings and carries with it a resounding message of equality, unity and respect. When we begin each interaction with the word “Equal,” we are not only acknowledging the inherent value of each individual but also dismantling the subtle hierarchies that have been ingrained in our societal fabric.

This new greeting serves as a gentle reminder that, regardless of our backgrounds or differences, we stand on a common ground of equality. It reinforces the notion that every voice deserves to be heard, every perspective is worthy, and every person is deserving of empathy and consideration.

When you choose to greet someone with the word “equal,” you are sowing the seeds of empowerment that will empower both you and them.

Real-life scenarios of greeting Equal

Let’s consider these real-life scenarios that exemplify the transformational power of this approach:
